Reg Id The Registration Id (unlock key) that was sent to you by email after your purchase.
Log File Launch the software and press the F8 function key on the keyboard.
A temporary copy of the log file will appear in NotePad.
Simply save it to your desktop attach the file to your email.
Problem Include a detailed description of the problem and the error message you received.
