Purchase Confirmation

An email was sent to you which contains the Registration ID to unlock the software. We sent this email to the email address you provided when you purchased the software.

If you haven't received the email yet, you can search (only on the day of your purchase) for the Registration ID by entering the email address you provided when you purchased the software.

 

If we can't locate your Registration ID using the Search button above, your order is still being processed or the email address you have entered is incorrect.

There are several reasons why you may not receive an email:

• You have not refreshed your email application to get it from your email server.
• The email was blocked by a SPAM filter and may be in your Junk email folder.
• The email address you provided was incorrect or is no longer accessible.
• Our registration server is temporarily busy or undergoing maintenance.

If you haven't received an email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@lgsi.com and provide us your order ID and your full name.
